Making Phalanx

2014 is the year for Phalanx, we've settled and it's time to celebrate our anniversary by building Phalanx. We've made plyo boxes for our bootcamps and strength training, we've anchored set up for olympic rings, we purchased mirrors for Kickboxing vs. Jump Rope and to monitor form and awesome bodies. We have much to go, but we've made an amazing progress in just 4 weeks. Training takes place during construciton without missing a beat. Phalanx crew is the most amazing, supportive and loyal people I know!
